Making a referral....
I welcome referrals from GP's and other specialists (including psychiatrists) for a one-off opinion, treatment or shared care.
In some cases, I am able to provide shared care in conjunction with clinical psychologists or other therapists (GP referral is still required).
For a preliminary discussion regarding complex cases, please complete the enquiry form below and I will call you back within 24 hours (please do not include any patient identifiable data when using this form).
For requests for medical reports (medico-legal, employment, insurance, etc.), please contact the Geelong Clinic Consulting suites directly (see below).
